Listening
How do I listen?
On FM across Taiwan — Taipei, Hsinchu and Kaohsiung on 100.7, Taichung on 100.1, Chiayi on 100.8 — or live from this site using the player at the bottom of every page.
The player is silent
Check the volume slider in the player bar, and that your browser has not blocked audio for this site. Most browsers require you to press play once before they will allow sound.
Can I listen in the car or on a speaker?
Yes. Open ICRT in TuneIn, which most car systems and smart speakers support.
What is playing right now?
The player shows the current track. Music Log lists what we have played recently.
Shows and requests
How do I request a song?
Through the Request a Song page. We cannot play every request, but presenters do read them.
Can I hear a show I missed?
Selected programmes are published in Podcasts. Not everything can be made available afterwards, usually for music licensing reasons.
Where is the full schedule?
On the Schedule page, with the show that is on air right now marked.
eClub and Watts
What are Watts?
The points you earn as an eClub member — for joining, for taking part, and on store orders — which you exchange for rewards.
Why has my balance not changed?
Watts are credited only after you confirm your email address. Check your inbox, including spam, for the link we sent when you joined.
How do I see my history?
My Account lists every credit and debit with its reason and date.
