Weekly roundup: what changed around the island
A week of small changes across Taiwan, gathered in one place for anyone who missed them.
Not every week produces a headline that stops you in the street. This one was made of smaller things: a bus route redrawn, a park reopened after months behind hoarding, and a change to the way recycling is collected that most people will meet for the first time when they take the bin out.
We have gathered them here because these are the changes that actually reach a Tuesday morning. If you commute through Banqiao, cycle along the Keelung River, or shop anywhere that hands out a plastic bag, at least one of them applies to you.
