Why has my balance not moved?
Watts are credited only after you confirm your email address. Check your inbox, including the spam folder, for the link we sent when you joined.
Can I see how my balance was worked out?
Yes. My Account lists every credit and debit with its reason and date, so the number is always traceable.
Do Watts expire?
Your balance stays where it is. We will tell you well ahead of time if that ever changes.
What do you do with my email address?
Confirm your account, and send you the station news you asked for. You can unsubscribe and keep your membership.
Can I close my account?
Yes, at any time. Ask through the contact form.
